Robotics and Programming Demo Session at GHOC

A Day Full of Learning and Creativity 

As we embark on a new journey, "The launch of Our Summer Camp" which is very near with Robotics and Programming as a part of it along with Chess, the excitement between the team and the students has already begun at GHOC. In order to give a sneak peak to the parents that what kids are going to learn during Summer Camp, we scheduled a demo session for kids on May 10th, 2026 

The session was designed to introduce little kids to the exciting World of Tech and creativity via hands-on activities and interactive learning. With a small group of Young kids who were not only passionate about the session but also fully engaged during the session and overall event turned out to be a memorable experience for all the contenders involved. 

An Energetic Start to Our Summer Camp Journey 

Apart from Chess, we have two more highly valuable and  engaging programs:

1. Robotics

2. Programming.

Whether you want to uncover the secrets of the universe, or you just want to pursue a career in the 21st century, basic computer programming is an essential skill to learn."  ~Stephen Hawking

Before the Official Launch, we wanted the kids to explore these fields and for this purpose we invited kids to attend a live demo session under the expert guidance of Sir Daniyal and Ms Rabia. 

The session lasted for two hours in which 9 kids participated who were eager to learn about these new fields and have fun. As the session started,the room was filled with curiosity and  the kids were very energetic .

Learning By Doing

The exciting part of the session was that the kids made circuits and explored Basic programming.

For some kids, this was the first time, so the happiness on their faces was heartwarming and our hearts were full of Gratitude.

Instead of just explaining theories, Our trainers ensure that kids are fully involved and are learning,creating and building themselves under their guidance. 

The instructors tried their absolute best to explain each and every concept in a fun, easy and interactive way. The goal was not only to teach but making learning enjoyable which kids may look forward to.

Some concepts which were taught include:

1. How simple circuits work

2 .Basics of programming

3. Basic Problem Solving Techniques

4. Introduction to programming Logics

5. Teamwork and Experimenting 

Fun Filled and Positive Environment

What made this truly memorable was the dynamic environment created by the GCA team and efforts of Sir Daniyal and Ms Rabia trying their absolute best that every kid is comfortable and is actively participating throughout the session.

Their efforts paid off and kids remained energetic throughout the session from beginning to the end.

Along with learning and creating, the session was also about inspiring young minds to explore, create and innovate and believe in themselves and their potential that what they are capable of. 

Why Robotics and Programming

"Robotics and Programming are the 'new' literacy. Just as reading and writing were the keys to the past, technology is the key to the future."

In today’s fast paced world, where tech and AI is evolving day by day and skills are as important as academics specially for Young minds we wanted to strengthen their foundational skills  like developing logical thinking sharpening critical thinking skills while retaining their focus back which has become a major issue in Gen Alpha.

Introducing these skills at an early age will help them build life changing skills that will go far beyond the Chess boards and Computers.

At GHOC, we believe that when knowledge is combined with creativity Curious thinkers can learn in the best possible way where learning actually feels like fun activity to do and emerging talents should actually enjoy the process which is actually a real time experience for them.

Looking Forward to A Summer of Discovery

It was a wonderful beginning and a promising start to be an exciting and productive Summer for Young Champs at Genesis House of Chess.

We’re committed to providing a positive  and meaningful learning experience for children which could help them in growing rapidly academically, and emotionally. Just like Chess, We hope to inspire Next Generation to explore the World of Technology and Creativity confidently with Robotics and Programming
