7-Years Old Rania Secured 3rd Position at ICC 2026

On 30th August 2026, Rania Khurram who is just 7-years old presented herself in Interschool Chess Championship 2026 held at Alpha College PECHS, Karachi presented by Karachi Division Chess Association, featuring 15-minutes time control for each player.

During the event Rania fought through 5 rounds and beautifully secured 3 victories against Zoe, Hadia and Samavia in first, third and fourth round while losing to Sarah and Manaal Qureshi and finished the event with 3rd place in the U-9 category.

She proved that with focus, passion and determination anything is possible and age is never a limit.

We congratulate Rania on this achievement and wish her all the best for her future events as this is just the beginning.
