1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship our merchandise within Pakistan. Please note that shipping availability may vary depending on your location.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly, but we will notify you promptly.
3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control &lapr;weather, courier issues, etc.).
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and selected shipping method.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over 5000 PKR
6. Damaged or Lost Items
If your merchandise arrives damaged or your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with:
- Order number
- Clear photo evidence (if damaged)
- Brief description of the issue
We'll investigate the matter and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are correct at the time of order. Genesis Chess Academy is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
