Under-10 Gold: Rayaan Saqib Shines at Karachi Chess Academy Classical

We are bursting with utmost pride as our student Rayaan Saqib got victory in the Karachi Chess Academy Classical Tournament Over the weekend December 27th - 28th scoring 2.5 out of 5 points and secured U - 10 Gold under the slow 60+30 classical time control. This tournament requires players to think deeply for hours and Rayaan showed that he has the mental stamina of a true chess champion.

His journey throughout the 5 rounds is testament to patience, resilience, precise calculations and the courage to face all the players despite their age and seniority factors. From opening theories to end game precision, Rayaan played brilliantly.

Congratulations to Rayaan and his parents for his outstanding achievement. This Gold medal is the testament to his hardwork and the professional training under the maintained decorum we provide at the GHOC. We look forward to seeing him climb the FIDE ranking as he continues his journey towards the future Champion.
